Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LifeGrid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

LifeGrid is a strategic life planning application that helps users organize their daily tasks, track goals and habits, manage projects, and align their daily activities with long-term objectives. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and includes features such as daily planning, tactical review, strategic vision tracking, and progress analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Billing

LifeGrid offers subscription plans at $19.90 per month or $180 per year. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Use the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LifeGrid and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEGRID AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeGrid and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LifeGrid operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
